Director and first Bandoneón of the “Orquesta Típica de la Guardia Vieja” with a traditional tango repertoir. All the bandoneón players of the orchestra are Joaquín Amenábar’s students.
Joaquín trains tango groups and solo tango musicians on tango interpretation and arrangements as well as teaching composers how to write for Bandoneón in Argentina and abroad.
